2. Service Agreement By engaging Bronto365 for AV services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service planning and execution.

• Ensure timely payments as per agreed terms.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or deposit payment.

• Full payment must be made before or on the agreed due date.

• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

• Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.

4. Equipment Rental Terms

• Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

• The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment.

• Unauthorized modifications to equipment are strictly prohibited.

5. Service Limitations

• Bronto365 will make every reasonable effort to ensure seamless AV services, but we are not liable for technical failures due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., power outages, internet disruptions).

• We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party software, hardware, or streaming platforms unless explicitly agreed upon.

6. Liability and Indemnification

• Bronto365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Bronto365 harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their misuse of AV equipment or services.

7. Intellectual Property

• Any content, trademarks, or copyrighted materials provided by Bronto365 remain our property.

• Clients must obtain the necessary permissions for copyrighted content used in their events.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and use customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for service-related purposes.

9. Termination of Services Bronto365 reserves the right to terminate or refuse services if:

• The client violates these terms.

• Payment obligations are not met.

• There is any misuse of equipment or services.

10. Changes to Terms Bronto365 may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
